Prishtina is the first municipality in the Republic of Kosovo that has launched the Online Application for Building Permit, an application created by UBT through its Institute for Urban Studies.
Through this system, the procedure for Building Permits has been digitalized, thus the process of handling applications addressed to the Directorate of Urbanism has ben fully digitalized.
This online system will speed up the application process and increase transparency, at the same time reducing costs and preserving the environment.
